The development strategy of “AGIA IRINI” includes the following:

• Further development of the Dialysis Unit through its participation in medical tourism programmes. For this purpose it will collaborate with a specialised medical tourism agency, in providing safe and high quality dialysis for kidney patients who visit Athens from Greece and abroad.
• Development of the Orthopaedic Department by extending its cooperation with specialised orthopaedic surgeons and participation in medical tourism programmes.
• Development of Plastic Surgery Department through collaboration with specialised plastic surgeons and participation in medical tourist programmes.
• Investment in areas of strategic interest.
• Continuous improvement and upgrading of its facilities and equipment.
• Extension of partnerships with national and international Insurance Agencies.
