Medical examinations are conducted by appointment. The patient has to provide to the secretariat of the clinic:
• Approval of the private insurance company in cases where there is a contract between the clinic and the insurance company.
• Ticket of the Pubic Insurance Institute in cases where there is a contract between the clinic and the insurance institute.
Hospitalisation
- 1. Hospitalization procedures
The patient has to provide to the secretariat of clinic:
• The hospitalization card in cases where there is a contract between the clinic and the private insurance company.
• The ticket of the Pubic Insurance Institute in cases where there is a contract between the clinic and the insurance institute.
If there is no contract between the clinic and the pubic insurance institute or the private insurance company, the patient has to pay a deposit. The amount depends on the type of treatment and facilities selected. The payment can be made either in cash or by credit card or personal daily check.
- 2. Discharge procedures
After having his discharge card signed by the doctor, the patient contacts the accounts department of the clinic to settle his financial arrangements and receive the discharge card.
In case of non-contracted pubic insurance institutes or insurance companies, the accounting officer will be responsible for obtaining all the necessary documentation on behalf of the patient and providing guidance on further actions required.
